These terms and conditions are used for joining the WellnessMe Loyalty Program ("Program") which is operated by Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited ("Company") detailed as following
3.1. Member will receive 1 point for every THB 25 spent from purchasing service or product from Stores, the amount of Points are calculated from the final price after discount.
3.2. The fraction amount that less than THB 25 will not be calculated
3.3. Points will be received after the bill is settled except for certain items including but not limited to "Voucher, Cash Card and other items". The company reserved the right to be the sole decision-maker in amending the calculation of the Point and the Date receiving the Point for each and every item.
3.4. Points will expire after 6 months after receiving them at the end of 6th month.
3.5. Points expiration date will be extended by 6 months after each new point received.
3.6. In case the refund is made under any circumstance, the Points granted from that transaction will be removed from the Member account.
4.1. For every 400 Points received, it can be used in substitution as payment equal to THB 100 in the Stores.
4.2. Points collected may not be exchanged for cash.
5.1. Member will receive News, Promotions, Campaign notice and other privileges for WellnessMe member only
5.2. The offered privilege may depend on member usage history and other conditions as the Company deems fitted.
6.1. The company may use information such as Age, Gender, Location of Service, Service Time and more in order to including but not limited to improvement of service, statistic of customer and individualize campaign
7.1. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend, add, suspend and/or cancel any part of these terms & conditions without prior notice.
7.2. In case of any fraud and/or abuse regarding the Points redemption and/or membership, Company has the right to revoke and/or cancel the Points, membership and/or any relevant transaction immediately without prior notice.
7.3. Points, membership or any other benefits from this Program cannot be transferred to any third party.
7.4. All communications and/or other notices shall be deemed given when sent to the address, phone number or email address given by the member.
